By God's goodness, our ancestors left each of us an incredible legacy of faith and the opportunity to be the living sign of Christ's saving presence in the world.  As good stewards of so precious a gift, it is our responsibility to be sure we provide the vision to continue that legacy for those who will follow us. This is my personal invitation to you to be a part of our future at Annunciation B. V. M. by participating in our Parish Synod on Sunday, October 7, 2018 following the 11 AM Mass.

By definition, a Synod is an assembly of parish members to discuss/determine matters of the parish. Its purpose is to gather, pray and work together to discern the will of God for our members today and those who will follow us. It is an opportunity to involve the entire parish, active and inactive members, in dreaming and planning for our future. A parish synod is most successful when many parishioners actively participate: high school students, young adults, middle aged adults and senior citizens.
